"Bakit ba manghuhusga ang mga tao sa kapwa?"

Tayong lahat ay hindi perpekto kaya ang mga tao ay manghuhusga kahit hindi naman kailangan. Akala ng ibang tao pwede lang manghuhusga kahit sino sino pero para sa akin ang panghuhusga ay maka sira ng tao. Hindi naman ako magpapaganap na innocente dahil isa ako sa mga tao na nanghuhusga sa ibang tao sapagkat may limitasyon ako. Manghuhusga ako sa dalawang dahilan dahil may ginagawa siyang mali o mabuti.

Magsisimula ako sa mali tayong lahat may mga desisyon na hindi naman tama. At alam naman natin lahat na kapag may maling ginawa ang isang tao ay maraming tao ang nakakita ngunit kapag mabuti yan konti lang ang makapansin. Isa ako sa mga tao na nakapansin sa mga mali ng iba ngunit hindi ko mapansin ang aking mali. Dahil sa iyan, nagsisimula ang panghuhusga at lumalaki ang aking ulo (mayabang na ako). Hindi lang ako ang nakakaranas ng ganito ngunit tayong lahat. Ang mga taong manghuhusga ay akala nila perpekto sila sapagkat hindi naman. Isa rin akong biktima, makasira ito ng tao dahil ang biktima ay magkaroon ng "insecurities" sa kanyang sarili. Sila ay gumagawa ng mga kilos na akala nila mabuti para sa kanila ngunit ito ay lumalala sa kanyang pakiramdam. Tumatanim ito ng inggit, pagselos at galit dahil akala ng biktima siya ay nasa pinakababa sa lahat ng tao. Kahit na tayong lahat ang biktima o ang nagsisimula ng ganito tayo parin ang nagpapaliit sa ating sarili. Pero kahit na alam na natin kung gaano kasakit, bakit manghuhusga pa tayo? Dahil alam natin na mayroon siya o sila ng mga bagay na wala tayo, o sa maikling kwento, tayo ay nag selos o insecure tayo. Sa huli mabuti kahit gaano ka mabuti ang ginagawa sa isang tao kapag may ginawa siyang mali ang mali na iyon ay nakatatak sa pangalan niya. Kaya tayo parin ang sumisira ng buhay sa isang tao at ang sariling buhay natin.

Ang mundo ay palaging uniikot kaya hindi natin alam kung ano ang mangyayari. Kahit ano ano man ang mangyayari dapat palagi tayong handa at dapat hindi tayo tumatanim ng galit sa ibang tao. Hindi tayo perpekto, walang taong perpekto kaya dapat hindi tayo manghuhusga ng ibang tao o kumakalat ng mga rumors dahil kapag tayo ang mabiktima, alam na natin kung ano ang ating mararanasan.

Apparently today December 10, 2019, both categories for volleyball doesn't have a match but they're fully ready to aim and their eyes are already at the prize. I want to give light but not like candle. I don't want to give loose myself in the process. Generosity and Self preservation should be allowed together.

     I agree because GENEROSITY is like bringing light, is like letting them enter your life, you discovering and understanding a person. Its like growing together in a process of being at each others back when needed. Yet through that losing yourself could be possible in so many ways. I disagree about SELF PRESERVATION because if you help a person, you adapt to who he or she is just to seek light, to uncover his or her colors and to know the feeling of wearing his or her shoes. Two outcomes may be unfold either the good or the bad but any of that will help you learn and improve. To mold into a better and much more colorful person than you were before. 

         I really doubt people that trust other people easily. When colors had shown patterns to be careful yet you don't even care for any signals or warnings, even if your already hurt you keep on running back. A person is like a candle. A candle trying to find and to stop light. FINDING, to enlighten his or herself with the help of others to learn and understand even more. To move forward and to fight most especially in gloomy days and to find his or herself. STOPPING, we always want to stop light, fighting is tiring sometimes, even the strongest and powerful man gets tired and believe me, everyone can be tired. Through finding or stopping, we intend to bumb into someone in the process. A person can change us, we can also be the reason of the change. Change is like fertilizing yourself, it doesn't have to be bad all the time, its not nonacceptance, its loving yourself and molding yourself to be who you want to be.  

          A person can be dedicated to a person or have multiple connections like a bond or relation. All of us have/had experience/d that even your'e known to be a silent person. There's where we call friends, they either motivate us or drag us down. Mostly, friends or a partner is hard to find and I do notice that as well. Cutting the knot of a person sometimes sets you free but sometimes keeps you in a cage. For example having their back yet they don't have yours. You being kind to them yet they act good but back stabs you along the way. Accepts you to be in their group but, temporally. Too much generosity makes you change, makes you lose self preservation. 

        Simply, giving light to others or upon yourself isn't a bad thing. It depends on how your'e going to do it. People make simple mistakes because when they think of CHANGE they think it irresponsibly and take it negatively. In life we never want to lose our-self but eventually we will as I know that I have mold myself each and everyday to improve and to tell myself that I am worthy. Losing yourself is good, it makes you develop, it makes you pure, it makes you new as if you were just newly baptized. Generosity and self preservation can be allowed together but I don't fully approve self preservation. During the process of generosity, I know that we should keep ourselves together so we wont settle on something new. Yet in the process, moving on is good like growth, being alone isn't loneliness but a sign of maturity and independent. 

          John Roger added a quote written by Quentin Crisp in his book "Life 101" and stated "The very purpose of existence is to reconcile the glowing opinion we hold of ourselves with the appealing things that other people think about us.". I included this because it showed partnership. It showed growth among two individuals reconciling each other and formed unity. In the book it stated doing, learning and enjoying life (also relatable to the quote). We should practice doing those things because its been so simple yet we can't achieve it. DOING may be a simple word yet without it, generosity won't be applicable. LEARNING, we won't learn and develop if we just listen to ourselves and to our own perspective. That may be a part of self preservation yet its burning your so called ENJOYING LIFE because enjoying life while not doing the right thing is life a criminal record. At first you think it was alright, your going to enjoy it once yet suffer for a life time. The book Life 101 doesn't only talk about Generosity and Self preservation, but it also talks about happiness. 

         Where ever we may go, we will always need someone to guide and help us. Even if your'e independent you will still need help, not simple help but like a "someone to cry on" shoulder. All of us needs someone to motivate and inspire us to do things in life even if its just temporary. Because Pain is normal, its temporary, let it flow in to you because it will bring out the best of you. Sometimes giving generosity could be unfair because its not always fair, we don't get the same treatment, disappointments are the perks this days. Changing ourselves brings out HAPPINESS because we decided something that we shouldn't be scared of because losing a person is nothing when your'e already losing yourself.

Brief Essay: Judgement of Paris

   

               For me, when everyone is invited while me isnt, it really hurts to know why would they didnt. And i'll try to spoil a little but not the Host but for the guess.

              In the story of The Judgement of Paris, the goddess Eris is the only one who're not invited to the occasion so he spoil the event a little bit by placing a "golden apple" for only for the fairest. Immediatley the goddesses Hera, Aphrodite, and Athena claimed the fairest but only one could eat it.

               Zeus imediately told the god Hermis to take command on leading the three(3) goddesses to Paris, prince of Troy. The prince is the one who pass judgement to whom to pass the golden apple to which of the three(3) goddesses. The 3 goddesses tried to pursuade Paris but only Aphrodite won cuz she promise to get him the most beautiful wife and its Queen Helene of the greek. She god abducted by the romans for Paris, and the great war started.

               Everything leads to the fall of troy in the end.. but speculations thats the goddesses take bets on greeks they have Athena and more etc. And the romans have aphrodite and etc.

Reflection: Torjan War

               War isnt just solving believes on one country to another. Many sacrifice their lives for their country just to satisfy the ambition of one leader to its nation. War is dirty and grousome, its never been clean and many die in vain, families have been broken, innocent civilians die, and many womens widowed by the war. The earths been reform by the war. Polluted the sea and the land, the economy boost up but the earth is shrinking. What did war teach me? It taught me to fight, to think outside the box and to seek my own refuge to defend my love ones and my youth. It showed me that freedom doesn't come for free but it seeks massive damage and it hunts for fear to find if were willing to sacrifice everything for us to live peacefully. War taught me to stay strong, it taught me to fight.

               Torjan war didn't happen exactly most especially the phenomenon when the greek had a plan to trick the Torjans and succeeded by using a wooden horse filled by men. This story leaves traps and skeletons inside the closet, it leaves wonder to all but this story remains a myth. In my research, people believe this may happen in some era yet evidences and clues are still useless since it didn't track if this really happen. In reality, some of the peoples perspective remain questionable since the Torjan War didn't happen and I believe so too.

               War has a lot of mishaps, tragedy and obviously arguments. This story helped me resolve conflicts in a way that i should think outside box and have different plans on how to solve a problem. And when I do so I should always be respectful along the way, I should stay silent and not trust directly so that the problem wont get worse. No matter what may happen I shouldn't give up to defend if I know Im right and obviously you cant get rid of pride. In conflicts you need to stay low and wait for the perfect timing to settle things because patients is the key to getting further and slowly getting what you want.

               Life isn't as perfect as it seems and we know life dearly that sometimes its dreadful and stressful yet we still thrive so we could discover more. Problems and conflicts are normal, it could happen anywhere most especially in relationships for example the relationship of friends, love ones and family. Life turns around and we should be ready to face our battles, to conquer our own world for we should rule the midst of our own fantasy.

          Binigyan ng napakainit na salabungin ang mga kandidato mula sa ibat-ibang mga paaralan sa Talisay 1, 2 at 3, ito rin ang unang kilos ng ACT sa pagsali sa laban na ito. Pinapakita nila kung ano talaga ang Asianista na kaya pala nila ipakita ang kanilang ibat-ibang talento, at dahil diyan, hindi tumitigil ang kanilang paggalaw sa mga paa nila na sumasabay sa togtog ng musika sa pagsasayaw ng samba, rumba, jive at chacha.

          Unang pagsubok palang ito sa mga Asianista's Dance Sporters at silang lahat ay kabilang sa Division Meet; Dance Sport 2019.

          Happiness happens often since you feel happiness just by laughing even though your wearing a mask, its temporary. Happiness and Joy are two different things. We ask for happiness yet we strive for joy. For me, happiness is something all of us asked for. Its a piece in the puzzle of life and its the reason why we stayed here, living and breathing. Pushing us to wake up everyday, planned our day and moving forward since we look forward to feel the good stuff in life which is happiness.

          To find comfort in silence. I don't find comfort in silence because I fantasize about unnecessary things. Through silence I find myself because through silence I can think straight, I can focus. I wanted to find comfort through silence and feel like warmth surrounds me every time I'm in a hole. Comfort isn't the only thing I want to experience its "peace there may be in silence". Silence kills me since I'm an over-thinker. I believe overthinking kills your happiness, kills your joy and I don't want that. Peace and overthinking doesn't doesn't' match and its dominant to each other. Two sides has its own capabilities its between positive and negative but all of us is overpowered by the negative side.

          Desiderata is a wonderful and expressive poem. The poem is like a form of story yet written in a unique way. It helps me to see the brighter side of life, the positivism and the light. It can resolve my personal struggle if I intended or want to follow the poem but the poem talks about it in a general way that if you do this and that you could be fulfilling.

          There is a chance to grow, a chance to fall and a chance to do whats right. Problems are normal and we can be inspired through small things. We can be shot by words of wisdom, poems, books and even by small talks. Any problems and fixed if you have the guts to face it and through baby steps. You can fix and build a good future.

Reflection:Pakistan Earthquake Preparedness Plan

     The world is divided into seismic zones based on the tectonic plates. Earthquakes are the evident shaking of the surface of the Earth. If we look into a map of the world’s earthquakes, it shows that most of them lie in narrow zones, often around the edges of the continents, or in the middle of the oceans. A good example of this is Pakistan or officially known as Islamic Republic of Pakistan, a populous multiethnic country in South Asia. It is geologically located in the Indus-Tsangpo Suture Zone, which is roughly 200 km north of the Himalaya Front and is defined by an exposed ophiolite chain along its southern margin. Pakistan’s most remembered earthquake they’ve experienced is the Kashmir Earthquake that happened last October 8, 2005 that has claimed over 730,000 lives, affected over 2.5 million people and damaging over millions of infrastructures. It is imperative that buildings in Pakistan should withstand the seismic hazard to which they are exposed. However, most of the building structures of Pakistan are brick masonry with 62.38% of the people uses this kind of structure which is not earthquake resistant. In line with that, they created a Building Codes of Pakistan (BCP) to further improve the resistance of the structures in Pakistan. 

     Aside from the BCP, they implemented National Disaster Risks Authority. This organization collaborated with several organizations such as UNDP’s Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery (BCPR). One of the programs they have launched is the Earthquake Risk Reduction and Recovery Preparedness Programme to conduct Earthquake Risk Assessment to raise awareness and part of their action plan is to organize awareness in media, workshops/seminars, to apply the disaster curricula in school education to give information to formal and non-formal education system

Damage brought by the Kashmir Earthquake

     Based on what we have researched, they weren’t able to strictly maintain the ordinance and importance of their Building Codes of Pakistan since the most of Pakistanis use structures that aren’t earthquake resistant. Although the materials used for those structures are accessible which is beneficial to the people, it isn’t right not to follow the rules. But the good thing of the emergency plan of the Pakistan is that they ensure the safety of their people by educating them of what could happen during an earthquake.

     Preparedness for this major natural disaster is a necessity since this is something beyond our control and what we could do is to lessen the casualties and/or the negative consequences it brings. There are action plans that should be strictly implemented most especially the seminars and drills since these are the basics to know what the people of Pakistan must do when earthquakes happen or what they must prepare before this natural disaster strike.

     Just like Pakistan, Philippines also have its own organization that gives information about earthquakes, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) for Philippines and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) for Pakistan. These organizations give out seminars and lessons on what their citizens must do whenever there is an earthquake. The difference is that the Philippines has more detailed emergency plan because in their emergency, it was stated on what equipment they should prepare before the earthquake happens and the ‘duck, cover and hold.’ Another difference between them is their building structure. As mentioned earlier, most people in Pakistan uses the brick masonry, where this kind of structure is not stable and lacks the ductility that buildings should have in order to withstand earthquakes or in simple terms, they cannot flex without breaking. Most of the building structures in Philippines uses RC building, this type of building consists of a frame or skeleton of concrete.  Horizontal members of this frame are called beams, and vertical members are called columns. Of these, the column is the most important, as it is the primary load-carrying element of the building. If you damage a beam or slab in a building, this will affect only one floor, but damage to a column could bring down the entire building.

      Pakistan’s emergency plan is much more centered around providing aid and risk assessment, this is due to their country not being an archipelago unlike the Philippines. The Philippines Emergency Plan and Earthquake Preparedness is much more centered around the damage reduction and reducing the loss of life in affected in areas. Philippines geology and being an archipelago makes it difficult to provide relief and help thus affected areas have to rely on the local government not on the national government.

     Due to Pakistan’s location, it is very prone to earthquakes and it’s no doubt that their government has prepared precautions and emergency plans to prevent themselves from being crushed from nature’s wrath. Overall, Pakistan is not totally ready for earthquakes. With their poor building structure and lack of emergency plan, although it is an advantage for them that they are not an archipelago not unlike the Philippines. Pakistan is likely to suffer great effects when there is an earthquake. However, this is not guaranteed to actually happen since it depends on the magnitude and the intensity of the earthquake that is to happen. Improvement and further development of the country’s safety is never too late. It is still early to make changes. Lack of preparation and knowledge can cause chaos than to be ignorant, it is rather better to be prepared and safe than to be not because a person who is not ready at all times or are ignorant to what is happening to the country is more likely to experience negative effect.

From this songs, it talks about your deep love with your partner and staying at they're side no matter how far you both walk in your paths and even though both of you are separated at times, your love is still growing each day. Even though how hard the circumstances both Romeo and Juliet is facing they still manage to love each other deeply and to hold each others arms until the day they both wish they could be together at once. "You pulled me in and together we're lost in a dream, always in motion. So I risk it all just to be with you. And I risk it all for the life we choose". For me or in my case, Romeo and Juliet would sacrifice everything just for them to live the life they wanted. They are willing to risk it all so they could build they're own story someday yet that story didn't come to a great end.

And I said "Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone I'll be waiting all that's left to do is run. You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess. Its a love story, baby just say yes"  It is pretty obvious that this song can really relate to Romeo and Juliet, its when Romeo is like forbidden to be with Juliet because of Juliet's Father yet Juliet loves Romeo so much thats why she find ways to see Romeo' face and to be with him.

If I could do it all again, I know I'd go back to you". Juliet is not suppose to like Romeo because of her Father yet she chooses her heart over rules and stood by her own will. Even though Juliet is going to get married by another man because she was forced to, Romeo will be in her heart and will always be running inside her head. The problem with that line is that Juliet can't go back to Romeo because they weren't a couple and they are not suppose to be together.

No matter how huge they're dram of building a life together, life wont go the way you wanted so its a mutual understanding of falling down, gaining and achieving. Romeo and Juliet has a bad ending yet it showcased how powerful love could be even though how a night could change everything they wanted.                       This is a worship song, it talkes about our Almighty Father from above. Yet, a line in this song which is the starting verse of the song could relate to Romeo and Juliet which is "Can't go back to the beginning. Can't control what tomorrow will bring. But I know here in the middle is the place where you promise to be". Romeo and Juliet isn't destined  for each other since they didn't became a couple yet Juliet refuses to be with the Mourning Paris and wanted to marry Romeo yet a priest let Juliet drink something that would let her look she's dead.                           Showing how deep your love for your partner is one way of getting you bond a little stronger, Romeo and Juliet don't need to show their love for one another since they trust each other that much. "I'll be taking my time, spending my life. Falling deeper in love with you" Juliet didn't want to get married by a douche so she refuses to get married by that random guy that her Father shipped them together. Juliet wants Romeo, they wanted to get married yet they're relationship and bond is like a roller coaster that doesn't have any wheels. Its like a running merathon while people are just walking. No matter what the walls both of them are separated from, they work together and break all of the barriers down because no matter what happens, no one can defeat they're love.

                              From the title itself you are my everything it is obvious that it could relate to Romeo and Juliet. From the line "When I see stars, I think of you. Then I alwyas pray for you. And I know what my heart wad made for to love you, forever more. Romeo and Juliet was made for each other but didn't have a chance to reach they're forever more. In fact, Romeo and Juliet has a rough story and a pretty sad ending yet Juliet would rather die than to marry a guy she didn't love and Romeo would die for Juliet. Both of them didn't sacrifice they're own life for one another yet built another life for each other. Juliet never wanted the life she wanted since she can't be with the live of her life, Romeo didn't like or love his life since he was forbidden to marry Juliet but if so he could have gotten the chance to marry Juliet he wouldn't have the blessing of Juliet's Father. In short by that line, Romeo keeps on thinking about Juliet and Juliet the other way around. Since both of them love each other and they couldn't be together the only think they could do is to think about one another. The only thing that makes them stronger everyday is they're trust and for following they're heart no matter what.

    

                  Romeo and Juliet is a story about two humans being super in love that they would break everything to make it work and would die for one another. Nothings stronger than a love worth dying for.

Family

                              Family. Where do we start? We all know that there is that special day that we would bring our parents to school to celebrate Family Day. Family is the tree of life, it's the harvest of every children. To look up and to see that person and say "Hey that woman is my mom, I wont be standing here if she didn't put tears and sweat to raise me all there years." Family is created so that you wont be raising life alone, so someone could guide you and protect you.  You should feel proud if someone you love would be there for you in hardships and in dull clouds.

Through my life I have never spotted or seen myself growing up alone. I have never gesture a moment and to think that I want them to just go away. I have never seen something so powerful that I just want it alone. Life changes you in different matters and this life changed when I got my family. 

I know some people didn't grow up with a mother or a father or both. Those people did not have the chance to see someone that gave them life. Family does't have to be you, your father and your mother, it could just be you and your mom or you and you dad. Life is really complicated and you should know how to value something that isn't worth any possible thing on earth. Time is limitless, use it wisely and learn how to value your parents since life is full of plot twist and you don't know when life would hit you. To the people who didn't have the chance to see their parents, never lose hope to reach your dreams. Family can be composed of any of your family relatives or you can have a second family which would never leave you called friends.

We all know that friends can be called family right? Although not all people got a chance to see bunch of other people and getting close with them, well I have. The time you would see people which you called family is when they would dodge a bullet for you. This other family of mine is a keeper, these people will change your life for the better. They would be there cheering for your success, joking when your'e sad and would paint your world for you. These people are like you sisters and brothers from another mother yet life puts you all together like pixie dust. Never would I have pictured myself to be in this family since all the friends I have been with were not so good to tell. I called these people my family because when I fell in the bottomless pit of life, I have never felt so alive when they strive and picked me up. You will realize when friends are family when they accept you for you, when they wont back stab you and would not be insecure for your success and all. This Family is not worth a change and not worth for anything at all.

                              Above friends is always your family. Nothing can defeat the love of your family because its priceless. Everything they have done for you is priceless. This day, January 27 was not a super special day for me or my father because of some circumstances yet even though that day wasn't that much good, we would never forget that day since its Family Day and a family's love is never dying. No matter what circumstances you would pass, whatever problems or situations you would have with you family. Love is always there, love will always be above every anger of a family member. Sometimes, we all know that a family is just a joke, others say its just a saying that you should love them for the sake of them raising you well thats a flop. You should never lose your families love even though what they might have done for you since you would never pay the life they have given to you and to everything they have passed just to get you. 

 

                              I belong to a complete family and yes, sometimes it gets complicated and no, I would never trade them for some other family. Nothing is complete, so is this family. 

This photo was from last years Family Day, as you can see my mom is in the picture and the recent photo she's not there. She's not there because she went to her home town to celebrate my Grand Fathers Birthday. What I am trying to say is, even though she wasn't there on the celebration, I can still feel her presence in the event. The whole point of the Family Day experience or event wasn't about getting broke because of a lot of payments or getting forced to perform but were there because we are blessed to have a family. We are given a chance to spend a day with your family, to showcase activities and performances and to show them that you have grown up. Not everyone is blessed to have a family so enjoy while you can, remember that life has a limited offer.We all know the circle of life, it's hard and harsh so spend time with your love ones!
                                    There's no eternity, be with your family.
